Extra Easy planning to do sw at home. How does extra easy work these days?

Hi all,

I did sw a couple of years ago and lost a few stone. However, I have since slipped back into bad habits and had a baby so am back at the start. Can anyone refresh me on how the extra easy plan works or if it has changed at all.
