    I stayed the same last week so this week I really wanted a loss so for lunch all week I've just had fruit and yogurt instead of fruit, yogurt and tuna salad or whatever. And I still only lost half a pound this week, it's not fair! Has anyone else hit a plateau and what do you do about it? I know I've lost 3 stone, but I need to lose another 2 and a half yet! This is going to take centuries if I carry on at this speed....

    Hey hun have you thought that you maybe are not eating enough. Sometimes losses slow down if you are not eating enough of the free foods. I think a lot of people tend to think its impossible to eat as much as you like of the free foods and still have a loss. Also you should make sure you have your healthy extras.

    You could also try having loads of super speed foods they tend to give your loss a boost. Or even try sone Success express days too

    If all else fails then have a word with your consultant about fast forward. I cant say about it on here were not allowed but I have done it before and it does give your loss a good boost. But consultants only give it out to people who are really really struggling they dont really like to give it out to anybody.

    YES! I hit this over the school holidays after hitting 3 stone! I had a major blow out and seem to be back on track now :)
    As Son said maybe you need to eat more? Iv become really strict now - much to OH and DD's disgust lol

    So up ya free foods maybe and keep going - DONT get

    I hit this around 2 stone and was not happy, I tried super speed foods and scan bran and the following week lost 3 pounds, maybe this could help you?

    i hit the can't move the weight at i changed the b choices every day different ones and i stopped eatin to many grapes and banana's cos they have loads of sugar.......and the main thing was up the exercise........and drink more will move so just stick at it............why not try a totally veg week or totally red week.............change how your eatin to something new to give u the boost u need...........goodluck..........
