Pleasantly surprised!!!

To have a 4lb loss this week!!
As i have had such a long week with TOTM, and strugged quite a bit!:sigh:

But feeling very positive and pleased with my loss!!!

And will def encourage me this week to stay motivated

I am def happy with it, and just shows me what i could have done if stuck 100%!! which i shall b doing this week.

Got my nieces christening on saturday so wanna be feeling good!

And even only 4lb is better off than on!!

I have my WI at 7pm tonight, teeny tiny bit worried as I've just started TOTM so if it doesnt effect this week, then it might effect next weeks. (for the record, my totm shouldn't be happening for another week & half or so... grr) LOL!!!
