1. Click on your ticket, it should open a new window that's the site and you can update it there and it should automatically update on your page. Actually just tried to click on yours and it's not clickable, I suspect you've not used the right code. It's showing a URL, copy and paste that and it should take you to the page to update. Make sure you use the code that it says is for posting on forums.
2. Took me a while to work this out, but instead of putting the facebook.com bit, you just put the bit that comes after that, so if you have a personalised facebook url you just add that bit
