Hi I started SW from home using a book a friend gave me last Monday and weighed in after seven days with a loss of 5lb which I am ecstatic about but I am aware first week for some the largest loss I just wanted to see if there is anything I'm doing wrong as cannot attend classes and find it expensive to join online here's my diary for last 2 days ( sorry didn't keep a diary first week )
