PLEASE HELP- CAN I DO SS+ AGAIN?

I did 12 weeks of sole source + and lost three and a half stone. Initially my consultant said that you could do SS again if BMI was 25 plus a stone. Well I did my week on step 2 and BMI is now 32. My consultant is saying I now have to continue on step 2 as my BMI does not allow me to do step 1 again. Have the rules changed recently? Figured consultant knows best but I am worried weight loss will slow down on step 2 when I still have quite a bit I want to lose.

That's ridiculous, of course you can do ss+ again with a bmi of 32!
