hiya Sarah,

How long you been on herbalife for? and how much have you lost already?

Is your fitting 6 weeks before wedding? if it is you can ask the fitter when your final fitting will be because she will be able to do adjustments till then>

Are you following any kind of eating plan or doing any exercise as well?

Good luck Kxx

Thanks ladies for your replies. I have been on Herblife since January and have lost 1 stone only. My own fault, alot of socialising and am a mature student at college and have been snacking on the wrong foods instead of following Herbalife.

As for exercise, I am trying, but what with 4 essays to hand in in the next 4 weeks I am busy busy busy.

I have my dress fitting 2 weeks beofore the wedding, giving me maxiumum time to loose the weight.

I am hoping that after May I will be able to go mad as far as exercise in concerned. I will only have 6 weeks until the fitting!

I am doing as much exercise as I can but not as much as I would like.

Do you have any suggestions for a good diet that I could hopefully stick to? I did think about the Cambridge diet but last itme I did that I could not exercise as I felt too ill.

I'm really enjoying slimming world, you can eat plenty which is v important if you want to exercise too.

And I can recommend the 30 Day Shred, only 6 days into it but its showing results already.

Good luck!

Hi SarahL,
Ive been on Exante the last week which is a meal replacement diet, consisting of shakes bars and soups, and I am finding it really good. There is a website you can have a look on if you google it, very similar to Cambridge/ lighter life etc but more affordable and you can buy online. You can also do weight solution days, or follow it as a full plan where u can add a low carb meal each day. Have a look on the Exante threads.
