Hi everyone :wave_cry:,
I have tried every diet known to man and will stay with them for one or two days and then give up and blame it on everything and anything, but the real problem is "myself".
The problem is I never seem to have the willpower to follow it through. I am considering trying the new weightwatchers plan. Since they have launched their new diet it almost seems too good to be true. Can any one give me info on the sort of weight you are likely to shift and how substainable the diet is.
I so want to lose weight and set a good example to my son.
