me too... thats the way i feel... and believe me it is really worth it and to help you along your hermit lifestyle i would highly recommend...

1.) Slendertone ab belt (takes 8 weeks by this time all fat will be dissolved and your amazing tummy will look cool ;))
2.) Slendertone arms (as above only toned arms in 8 weeks)
3.) Wii Fit (very cool and keeps u on track)
4.) This forum of course
5.) Walking - in the evenings so u dont snack
6.) Long hot baths
7.) Nice creams to ensure your skin stays nice
8.) Start getting your nails done if u dont already
9.) Plan a new hair style
10.) Think positive and enjoy :)
11.) Flirting with Howdy (he loves it) ;)

Fantastic list :) Especially agree with Nbr 11.... however you're the only one I'm gonna be marrying & having beautiful babies with ;) xx

This forum should be renamed LIPOTRIM/SLENDERTONE

EVERYONE HERE IS ADDICTED... ;)

they def work but only if u use them every day for 8 weeks... and also if u have lots of fat over the muscle then u cant see your tonedness... so just stick to LT, zap your muscles and da daaaa... 2/3 months later - WATCH OUT GUERNSEY! ;)

ah wow that just put a massive smile on my face haha well i will google that tonight and order myself one asap! does it need to be worn all day long or just a few hours, i know ill find this out when i get it but im so impatient and excited now! and its always best to hear it from people who have actually used it! xx

You are meant to use it for as little as 30 mins a day - but everyone here has an addictive nature - we just turned our addiction from food to zapping ourselves so most of us do a little bit more...

If you can afford it get system abs - works out cheaper in the long run as u dont need to buy batteries for it - and if u are going to use it then u will need A LOT of batteries if u dont buy the system abs.

If you want a cute ass or toned arms look in the special offers and you get discounts when u buy 2 or more ;)

good luck

Hi D, Redfluffmonster is from Guernsey and on LT she will be here shortly im sure?? xx

Hey Delilah - I'm in Guernsey too! You can go to your Doctors first about wanting to start Lipotrim and they refer you to the nurse each week who writes out a prescription for the Lipotrim. My surgery is the Rohais one, but they are linked to St Martins ( I think the Med Specialist Group ) but there are others I'm sure. I've been on it for just over 3 weeks and its great although willpower IS essential, plus logging on to this fab site of course!!! If you need any help, just shout xx

hello redfluffmonster! thats so good to hear theres someone from guernsey on here!!! i will try and book a doctors appointment for tomorrow as i want to get on and start! how are you finding it? well done on the weight loss so far your doing fab!!! xxx

The first week was tough as I have an 8 month old to feed which takes ages!! Sniffing his yummy dinners and still having to cook for him and OH is the hardest part, although the latter is self-sufficient and does at least eat in the other room.
I try and just think one week at a time, and focus on other things in the day to get me through. I've told close friends and family what I'm doing and that my diet is being monitored weekly so I can refuse food and alcohol more easily....very hard to do when you're used to having what you want!
