I love left over potato wedges. easy to eat and if you have access to a microwave use a HEXA and grate cheese over them. lovely with a salad or baked beans x

Forgot to mention the doctors say I cannot eat pasta, bread, or cold potato. Thanks for you ideas. Might try the quiches as a trial run today.
