Please help!! Rice nightmare :(

Was just about to cook uncle bens whole grain rice until I realised it was 12pp for 125g . How rude!! I have a pack of ASDA lemon pepper savoury rice but can I hell find out how many points.
I only joined ww on Thursday and I'm struggling a little without any resources. I'm joining the esource next week so I can get an app.
Please help if u can xx

What's the info on the asds rice ?
Also 10g of uncooked rice is 1pp normal rice seems to be less pp

According to my ww app it's 4 pp for 1 x 105g serving (cooked)
