    Hi all,

I am just about to start Exante but I really need help of which I can't seem to find on the web??? I'm probably being stupid but try as I might I haven't found the answer to.... are you supposed to mix the shakes in with milk or water?! Or both?

Sorry for the dumb question but I seriously can't find an answer on the website.

Thanks so much in advance for any help!

Nicer with really cold water and ice. I use a hand blender and it makes them much thicker and creamier than the shaker. Best of luck
