does anybody knwo how many syns it is for tuna in sunflower oil on a green day, if im using the tuna as a B choice?
i can have 113g of it i think, but just wondering how many syns for the sunflower oil, i love the sunflower oil it makes it so much jucier, really hoping its not like a million!
