Mixing the flavours is fun too -- Chocolate Strawberry, Strawberry Banana, Thai Veggie soup, Or Chicken Mushroom soup, etc.
You could try a Chocolate shake mixed, hot or cold with Peppermint tea....thats lush.
Play around, and hope you find something you like.![]()
I hate the soft chewy bars (lemon/toffee)
but if I cut into 8 pieces and microwave for 50 seconds (any more and they burn),
leave to cool slightly - and they turn into lovely crunchy biscuits which taste nothing like they do when chewy and soft

thanks for all your help guys. im down to liking the shakes and bars so living on those. im going to try the mixing together which sounds great! my first week i lost 9lbs so im happy! did anyone find that if they did something daft like had a sneaky biscuit, did it make any difference? thanks again!
