Please tell me how many points i would have per day ??


I want to be slim !!

Please can anyone tell me how many points i would be allowed on WW if i joined..

Im 5 foot 5 and weigh 11st 10lb.

When I did it years ago... 10 - 12 stone was 20 points a day.

I think its changed a bit now though and it goes on your sex, level of activity etc...sure someone will come along soon and will advise what the right one is.:)
Male = 9 points
Female = 3 points


16-20 = 5 points
21-35 = 4 points
36-50 = 3 points
51-65 = 2 points
over 65 = 1 point

How many stone you weigh ignoring the lbs ?

Example 13st 4lbs = 13

Main occupation

Mostly sitting down = 0
Occasionly sitting but mainly standing = 2
Walking most of the time = 4
Doing physical hard work = 6

An extra 1 point for under 5' 4 and 2 if over 5'4

If you want to:
lose weight = 0
maintain weight = 6

Giving WW a go now eh? Thanks sounds like a good idea. CD is so hard after a break and you are close to goal now so WW is a good option and hopefully will help long term with keeping it off.

I cant understand how they can change the way the points are worked out. Im really reluctant to increase my points per day.

I just hope the calculations on pointing things hasnt changed :(
Oh has changed since I last did WW.

At my current weight I would have been on 20 points but now it works out to only 18 .!! :eek: :eek: :eek: (can you tell I like to have as many points as possible?? :D )

Even my old point calc tells me 20!! wonder if had better get a new one! :)
