For lunch I just had carrot and cucumber sticks dipped in l/f cottage cheese.. BUT i ate the whole tub of cottage cheese - it's a 200g one - is that ok?
 
yea get a giant plate of rice going on ha ha, or are you a rabbitt really te he i cant talk iv had a muller, a mango and half a melon for dinner ha ha
 
hahahaha it's this heat, i just don't feel hungry! don't worry i'll make up for it later with a HUGE HUGE HUGE bowl of pasta n sauce. fab, so it's free, woohoo! thanks lovelies x
 
Hmmm - is all low fat cottage cheese? I make the quiche with it - I dont like it on its own though, but always thought it had a syn value albeit a low one xxx

Is there an up to date list of cottage cheese that is syn free I love it but hate liquidy ones, the Loseley Farm is really nice but cannot find the fat free one any more.
Asda have a firm Natural choice one but it says low fat less than 3 % fat is that synless please? I have searched and searched this topic and only old posts for syns found apart from flavoured cottage cheese which is synned
 
The sainsburys cottage cheese with onion and chives is still 1/2 syn per 100g and to me is by far the nicest of any of them (except the M+S one but never fancy spending 3 syns on cottage cheese).

The Eat Smart ones from Morrisons are lovely and thick - plain, onion & chive and tuna & sweetcorn all free..pineapple one is 0.5syns per 100g.

As far as Asda goes on the website it says the Good For You Range - black pepper, natural, onion & chive, coronation and mint ones are all free...Pear and pineapple both 1syn per 100g..red pepper and chilli 0.5syns per 100g.

oh help i thought i was being good i just been shopping and bought linda mcartney vegitarian lasange eat smart chicken and minced beef hotpot now am not sure , can you tell me what the syn value s are i dont wat to spoil my weight loss , i lost a stone in 6 weeks and my husband 2 stone in the same time , they for work as quick meals , can anyone help?
 
Sorry I don't know as I don't buy ready meals but u may get ur answer over on the syn thread. Would u not be cheaper & better syn wise to make free soup or chilli for quick lunches?
 
You would be better posting your questions in the syn values sub-forum :)
