Since coming back off my hols i havent gone back on the diet, just healthy eating, ive lost the 1 1/2lb i put on while away plus another 3 1/2.
Yesterday i was getting to the point where im sick of all my jeans being real baggy(mostly 16's some 14's depends on who makes em) so i went to new look and the hula jeans which are a great fit i bought a size 12!! and this morning i put them on and not only do they fit real nice i need a belt!! :D:D

id bought a load of combats and stuff for my hols at a size 14 and they are all getting pretty baggy now, gonna cost me a fortune but worth it me thinks

Well done you!!!! & lucky you with those blooming hula jeans... I tried some yesterday & seem to be the opposite of you're shape... 5ft 9 but bottom half 2 sizes bigger than the top (darn child baring hips!) Those jeans on me would have scared small children... maybe animals too... so I'm doubling pleased for you! Maybe I could steal your legs??? Or even just borrow them???

Well done thats fantastic. Can i ask what you ate while you were away? I go away next week, hoping to stick to between 1200-1500cal when im away but not seeing scales for 2 weeks to check how i am getting on seems a bit scary!

i would have cereal for breakfast, sandwich for lunch and ate out at a restaurant every night, most nights i wouldnt really eat all my meal, it all depended what i had but quite a few times meals came with chips, smallish portions but i didnt really eat them, same with potatoes. the main thing that i think helped was gallons of water, even with a meal i would order a large water which was a 1.5 litre bottle and i would usually drink it all, most nights i would have beer or cocktails but some i would just have water.

Have a great time, dont worry too much, i must admit i was dreading getting on the scales when i came back and was real surprised when i did :D
