Can I take PLJ lemon drink with exante?? It doesnt contain citric acid!!

Something like that won't work with a VLCD and being lemon id imagine it'll affect ketosis

I wouldn't take it rabiaareej, chances are it could affect ketosis! Make sure you get plenty of fluids instead

i know.. strange but it doesn't mention citric acid
