if i get confused like this and unsure what to do, on the packet of plums it will tell you the cals and sat fat (doubt there will be any in plums) sometimes it's per 2 or per 3 and sometimes it gives you just for 1, then i'd work it out from there using the cals to be on safe side, though like Starlight has said there has been a few problems with esource! so the book probably is the way forward :) enjoy! xxx
i usually have 3 for 1/2 point,,thats what my leader said anyway:)
