Just wanted to pop by and say hello.. I'm starting the exante diet on Wednesday and have been told this website is where the support is look forward to getting to know some of you.
Hi!! I'm new too!! Not on any diet, just calorie counting to help me lose a stone. Started at 11st now at 10st 11 1/2. Been calorie counting for almost 2 months now but only within the last week or so I have started losing the weight. I do squats on a daily basis to tone my stomach up and occasionally do sit ups too. I try not to eat more than 1200 calories a day but sometimes I do go over on them. I now drink water to suppress my appetite if I start to feel peckish! My weigh in day is on Wednesday hope to hear your story so far!
