Step 1 Sole Source PMS!!!

Hi!
I am on week 3 of sole source and haven't had any problems until now, not sure if PMS can make you hungrier but I am really struggling this week. Anyone else found this??
 
Hell yeah. Even when I am not on Cambridge I eat more at my time of the month, something to do with hormones, but I haven't a clue what. I always find I don't lose during that week as I tend to retain water, but I stick with it and make up for it the week after. Just hold on in there and it will get better. Go SS+ and have an extra shake for a few days.
