Points for stock cube

Hey,

If Antibes making soup do you point the stock cube in it?
Is an oxo chicken stock cube free (read somewhere that oxo is free)
And finally
Does anyone have a recipe for BNS and red pepper soup? In like 250g of BNS compared to 100g of red pepper, kinda way aka weights cause never know how much to use

I don't use oxo cubes I use knorr and if I use more than one then I point them at 1pp each. I make soup with 1 BNS to 2 red peppers 2 red onions 2 carrots and a chilli and chicken stock. I roast the veg first. Sometimes I add a tin of chopped tomatoes but sometimes I don't bother. I love it. Sorry, I don't know the weights, don't use them

I use Kallo stock cubes which are zero

i dont point any of my stock cubes,,they make so much that i dont think it's worth pointing!!

I also use kallo stock cubes. Sometimes I use Knorr but I dont point them as I use 1 stock cube to make 4 portions of soup! My BNS soup is as follows:

1 pack of ready prepared bns and sweet potato
1 red pepper
1 red onion
1 red chilli
1 teaspoon cumin
1 pint of veg stock

Chop it all up, chuck it all in pan for about 15 mins till bns and sweet pot soft, whizz it up in a blender. Done. xx
