points help please

    Ate lunch out today and had an omlette with onion, tomato and cheese
    Any idea how to point this please
    any help much appreciated before i blow my points on dinner!!

    I've guesstimated the point make up below:

    Teaspoon of oil: 1pp
    2 medium eggs: 4pp
    onion and tomato: 0pp
    40g of chedder cheese: 5pp

    So approx 10pp altogether but it depends on the size of eggs you used and the cheese. :)

    thanks, but it was a restaurant, so no real way of knowing. I allocated 8 but perhaps 10 is safer:)
