Greedy yes I know...but I've no idea how many points could be in the above thing.

It was from a greasy burger van but I've been feeling so poorly that it was greatly needed. I'm guessing oily and bog standard sausages and egg.

In a buttered white roll. Am I looking at 15 points plus?

A white roll is 3 points, egg 1 point, butter, 1 point? and the sausage (cheap ones tend not to be too bad) I would say 3? So depending on how many sausages you had i would say anything between, 8-11 points. xx

I always count 1.5 points for an egg.

Edited to add: just looked up the nutritional value of a medium egg (on the egg and nutrition website!) and it's 78 cals and 1.7g of sat fat, hence 1.5 points.

I eat large or extra large eggs so probably should actually count them as 2 points!

If you look at the cals and sat fat on a medium free range egg box it works out as 1 point.

Interesting. I'll have to have a look at my egg box next time I have one. Maybe you have small eggs?
