Hiya I started ww pro points end of january this year and due to hectic life i gave up meetings and am doing it myself with so far sucess!
My question is on my start weight I was given my daily points as 32p.Now today ive hit my 5% weight with a loss of 10lbs.At which point would I need to lower my daily points and to what?
