iv been a bit stuck lately and also iv found it really hard to get to my 26 pp a day! does everyone use up all their daily's in one day?? do i have to use them? is it ok to have 1 or 2 left??
I'm not the best person to give advise but from what others say on here, you need to use your dailies. If you are struggling to use them, then maybe use a fuller fat version of something or have fresh orange juice. Hope this helps.
Hehe. Yea, its tricky to be honest as theres the dailies and weeklies and its so different from the old points system. I think some people dont eat all their dailies and some dont eat their weeklies. I guess its just what works for you really. Good luck with your journey. x
