Polar Watch

Just been looking at these watches online and there are so many to choose from. Does anyone use one of these, would you recommend one to aid with weight loss?

I do I've had mine 2 months now ands it's wicked.. I wear it as a watch if I want and wear it for all of my fitness routines..

I've been having a personal trainer at my gym and saw his so brought one off amazon for £70 it's a pinky colour polor FT4F really easy to use and reilable too.. Worth the money.

they are watches you wear when exercise that measure your heart rate and tell you how many calories you are burning. There are simple versions that do just that or if you spend more money you can get ones that do all sorts of things.
