Hi all!

I've been having a look at polenta as a variation on rice etc, and I was wondering whether anybody could tell me the syn values for it. I've seen two different types - Natco fine cornmeal/polenta, and the ready-prepared stuff.

Are either of these syn-free if used instead of rice etc as part of a main meal? I don't want to put it in cakes or anything. I'm so confused! :confused:

P.S. I'm going to be starting the Extra Easy plan this week.

I couldn't find that manufacturer so I've copied the basic ones:

Basic/Non Branded Foods Polenta, whole grain 28g raw

5 Syns on Extra Easy

1 Syns on Extra Easy

Not sure what the difference is but hope this helps x
