Does anyone know what sugar free polos are?
I have a terrible sweet tooth...lol
Also get the munchies and fruit doesnt do it for me, especially if I have eaten fruit during the day.

all i know is that sugar free polos are 80 cals for the WHOLE packet x

not sure hun, i can't eat sugar free polos, i have terrible stomach pains after them and terrible trapped wind (tmi).

Sugar free polos are 4 syns a pack, I usually get a packet on monday (work mon to thur) so I can have 2 or 3 at my desk and avoid coffee breath and count them as a syn a day.
