Pondering Extra Easy.....

I usually do mainly green days with a couple of extra easy. I did mostly EE last week, lost half a lb this week which I know isnt bad but my losses are usually more. I intended to do a full week of EE to give it a fair go this week but also planned to go out and have a few drinks Sat night so am a bit nervous now that I won't lose or even gain. I know it could be all sorts of reasons why I had a smaller than usual loss but I felt had been pretty good on plan.
I think I need to do it just for curiosity and if it doesn't work for me as well as I want go back to doing the greens so time will tell I suppose!

I have done extra easy since the word go, basically because red and green is a little confusing for my pickled brain!! My losses havent been huge everyweek, but planning my meals is far easier, and if for some reason suddenly we are eating out...which happens most of the weekend I can find something quite easily which doesnt take me off plan! Give it a go, just make sure you check syns etc and you will be fine!

I think EE suits some people better than others Hun, but until you give it a try, you wont really know if you are one of them.
Unfortunately for me, EE doesnt work...yes, its great for eating out, but Im a Red Day girl more often than not.
Give it a try and make sure that you follow it to the letter!
