as i was ill over the weekend till tues i couldnt go to my weigh in on mon. on mon and tues i was eating foods that my body could stomach.... soup and dry toast. ive a pop in tonight so i can get food packs to do me till my official weigh in on monday. gonna get weighed as i wanna see how much damage low cal but high carbs can do...... i will have lost most of my glycogen again, 2day is day 3. my pop in is at 5pm so wish me luck girlies.... i wana meet my valentines target. 3lbs by monday? (plus whatever i gained)??? fingers, toes and eyes are crossed!
