    Hi folks just back from my pop in well I lost 1.5lbs in 2 days so I suppose it isn't that bad but I feel so down about it no idea why! suppose it is because I had such a huge loss the first week ! oh well!

    Any loss is a good loss !!!:) :) :) :) :) :)

    It is only 2 days worth you have the rest of the week to think about so get drinking the good old water and you should be fine

    The first week's weight loss is mostly made up of your body decreasing your glycogen store.

    This week every pound is more or less fat loss.

    Considering that the guidelines are a loss of one stone a month on a vlcd you have already achieved this, so I would call it a big success already.:)

    Also, remember that water does weigh heavy, one litre is equal to 2.2lbs. in weight.

    You are already off to a wonderful start!

    Dont feel down about that loss, you said it yourself any loss is a good loss...Well done, keep going!! :)
