    Hello everyone! I haven't been here for a couple of weeks but wanted to drop by and say congrats to everyone - there are some great losses going on here! Lovely to read all your updates!

    I started a new job 2 weeks ago and think I had underestimated the impact it would have! 13-hour days followed by the gym where possible just doesn't allow any time for posting on here :(

    I'm off Atkins and maintaining fairly well (keeping my measurements within an inch of my smallest measure a couple of weeks ago) but want to start losing again, just not sure I have the time or energy!

    My strength training is going ok, but I know I won't really get to see the fruits of my labour until I lose those last stubborn fat bits :rolleyes:

    Anyway hope you are all well, just wanted to say I miss being on here! :)
