I would def count running as high intensity, when I eventually get the confidence I would like to start running outdoors.... Prob one of the best exercises you can do along with swimming. X

Hehehe! The scenic route :D I like that! I really feel like WW is engrained in me now. So although I keep having slip ups, I always revert back to what makes me feel good and what I know works. x
 
Hiya! I'm following a bit of both. I've been doing well and lost 2lb this week :) It was all going good until yesterday when I has an attack of the food monster and ate SO much! I was following SF and then had some chocolate, then some more, then some garlic bread... I had already used my weeklies on Tuesday as I went out for dinner, so I've gone way over points. Oops! Hopefully it won't cause too many issues come WI day on Tuesday...

Been following SF today and plan to have some quorn meatballs and pasta for dinner. I hope they taste good!
