Made these tonight and poped on barbie. Really easy
Minced pork
Bacon
Apple
Egg
Mixed herbs
Fry off the bacon until crispy, chop up the appke really small and soften in pan then tip it all in a big bowl with pork, seasoning and an egg. Mix it all up, make into patties and pop into the fridge to firm up.
Fry, grill or barbie.
Next time might make some apple sauce to go with them x
