Porridge in a cafe/canteen

hi,
I have a bit of an odd question. In my office the canteen provides porridge in the morning. It's already made and in a urn from which you can ladle out your portion. My question is how do you think this should be synned/can it be counted towards a healthy extra? And with toppings would I just count by the spoonful?

Details: generic porridge oats (i'd think along the lines of a value brand, as they come from a wholesaler) and is made up with water.
"Toppings" available are; pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sultanas and honey

Thanks in advance!

A portion of porridge, made with 35g of porridge oats is your HEXB or 6 syns, I believe.
It might be worth experimenting at home with how much that actually makes in a bowl to give you a better idea.

I put fruit on my porridge, banana or some defrosted frozen fruit etc which is free (Yay):eating::watermelon:
I would just take a banana with me and slice it up and chuck it on.
