Porridge???

I know this questioned has probably been answered many times but can someone tell me how to make the porridge pleeeease and quick. I'm starving and don't want to cheat. I knwo the porridge will fill me up.

Hello, if you look back at my post, (Russian doll-----porridge), it covers how to make it. That post is only a few down below yours. Russian Doll is a lot of people's guardian angel, she's brought a totally new dimension to this diet. Just to warn you, if you are expecting quaker oats, it's not the same consistency but it's wonderful anyway.
