Portions sizes from chinese

Just had chicken in oyster sauce from Chinese takeaway (4.5 syns) and boiled rice (0 syns) but the portion was massive can that be right only 4.5 syns for all that????
I couldn't eat it all but it was lovely with lots of veg

nothing tastes as good as being slim feels

The consultant at my local group said during our induction that if we get a Chinese we should halve the portion we get and take it that each half is the stated syn value as they often tend to be large. I'm avoiding the Chinese as I'm not someone who can leave anything behind lol!

Best to weigh it and check just in case, as some places can be twice the size of the portions listed in your book

My consultant said it was the whole thing...I think a portion is roughly 400g?
