I am will surprised that some of yee LOVE these shakes, even to the point yee lick the blender...sickos. I can only assume the shakes for the ladies are delicious and the ones for the lads are rank :cry:

They're the same ones mate - just smaller packets (half the size) for female packs

I'm a bloke but have got a mixture of birds & blokes shakes coz I bought em off Ebay rather than do it properly from the chemist...

I have 4 birds shakes a day or 2 & 1 blokes shake... I'd die if I only had 2 shakes a day (albeit big ones) - I prefer to spread em out over the day but smaller portions.
