possibly a stupid question...?

Hi all, I have bought two beef steaks from the chilled 'fresh tastes' section at asda and it has a sachet of peppercorn sauce in there too. I have worked out the values of half the pack cooked, and its coming back with 6 syns. If I left the peppercorn sauce off would you think it was free?

as long as you cut any visible fat off and left the sauce off, yes it would be free

and cooked with no added fat indeed! fry light is the favourite but not sure what it would do to steaks!!
