Post Holiday weigh in - in an hour

I dont think i have lost that much in the last three weeks - maybe 7lbs if that

I have weighed myself on my scales and they say 8lbs but my home scales read a couple of lbs lighter than the chemist ones soooooo :sigh:

will report back after i have been weighed.

I should have a BMI of less that 30 though - so no longer obese
