Really good idea pixie. I will update it later when I have eaten. My menus are really boring and bland though as I don't like very much LOL.

Breakfast - Shreddies with SS milk and a ski yoghurt.
Lunch - TBC
Dinner - TBC
Snacks - none yet :)

Great idea, I can never think of anything to make and end up eating the same things over and over again!! I'm on 24 pts a day. Still have some points to use up after dinner. Sure that won't be a problem though!:cool::D

Yay great start! .. I do find it helpful to have a look at peoples menus! ... it definatly stops you getting in a rut of eating the same things day in day out doesnt it! :) ..

Lol i feel so naughty compared to you. I'm a real snacker lately and someone bought everyone in the office a Burger King today (i checked the points of stuff before placing my order!!).

B: Branflakes (1.5pt)
L: Chicken bites, regular fries and onion rings (12.5pt)

4 points left but not really hungry (not surprisingly after my massive lunch). May have some crumpets later

Everyone's is so healthy compared to mine today! :p

Breakfast: Chocolate muffin - 5

Lunch: McD's Quarter Pounder - 10.5

Dinner: Spaghetti bolognese - 5 Made with 1/4 pack of Sainsbury's healthy option (can't remember what theirs is called) mince, onion and garlic passata, dried basil and oregano, beef oxo cube, pinch of sweetner, paprika, salt/pepper, bit of worcestershire sauce, peas, grated carrot and 40g dried spaghetti. Just cook the mince, add the passata, add all the seasoning and grated carrot, simmer until right consistency and add cooked peas.

Snacks: WW strawberry whip - 1

Lunch - Low Fat Bacon Super Noodles (4.5)
Dinner - Bacon Rissotto (see recipe thread it was YUMMY!) (6.5). 2" baguette (1.5)
Snacks - 2 x Jumbo snack a jack (2), WW Carrot cake slice (1), Mini Milk (0.5), Wine (2)

I still have some points left so may have another treat before bed :)

Used my points for a glass of red (2)

A bit off my detox but it is Friday and I'll get back onto it tomorrow as I already feel a bit bloated from falling of the wagon.

B - Shreddies and sk. milk
L - Asda pot of veg. soup (they're on 2 for £1 so thought would try) and 3 ryvitas with philadelphia light, alfalfa sprouts (another weird addition to my shopping trolley this week) and sliced tomato - was absolutely gorgeous.. the alfalfa is slightly peppery and reminds me of a less heavy version of spring onion.
T - jacket potato with l.f. cottage cheese and I couldnt resist.. more alfalfa and tomato. Yum!

Tomorrow: (the plan, although i usually deviate from it by a meal or so)
B - scrambled eggs made w/ sk. milk, 2 turkey rashers, tomatoes and grilled mushrooms
L - (eating out) TGI Friday's Spicy Diablo Pasta w/o the cheese
T - grilled chicken breast with steamed asparagus, tenderstem broccoli, and pearl potatoes
