    (who knows this may become a regular thing)
    Could you post your daily menus in this thread! and either points or core....
    thought it may help people like me who are struggling get some insperation and new ideas on what to eat!

    Really good idea pixie. I will update it later when I have eaten. My menus are really boring and bland though as I don't like very much LOL.

    Breakfast - Shreddies with SS milk and a ski yoghurt.
    Lunch - TBC
    Dinner - TBC
    Snacks - none yet :)

    Great idea, I can never think of anything to make and end up eating the same things over and over again!! I'm on 24 pts a day. Still have some points to use up after dinner. Sure that won't be a problem though!:cool::D

    Breakfast

    Oat so Simple 2pts
    muller light 1.5pts
    apple 0.5pts

    Lunch

    baked potato, with 1 laughing cow light triangle, spring onions and lots of salad 3pts
    packet of frazzles 1.5pts
    Choc orange Alpen Bar 1pt

    Dinner

    WW chicken curry 4.5 pts
    Pitta Bread 2.5pts

    Yay great start! .. I do find it helpful to have a look at peoples menus! ... it definatly stops you getting in a rut of eating the same things day in day out doesnt it! :) ..

    breaky porridge 2.5
    lunch Tom and Basil soup 2 and 1 slice of toast 1.5
    Tea Not sure yet!

    plenty of highlights to!

    Lol i feel so naughty compared to you. I'm a real snacker lately and someone bought everyone in the office a Burger King today (i checked the points of stuff before placing my order!!).

    B: Branflakes (1.5pt)
    L: Chicken bites, regular fries and onion rings (12.5pt)
    Snacks: Harvest bar (1.5pt), Chipstics (1.5pt)

    4 points left but not really hungry (not surprisingly after my massive lunch). May have some crumpets later

    B slice ww toast with cheese triangla LC light 1 points
    Porridge with ss milk / water 2 points

    snack coffee and WW cookie mini bites 1.5

    Lunch 3 slices WW bread 2 points
    small tin tuna 1 point
    2 spoons sweetcorn .5 point
    ww mayo .5 point
    apple .5 point

    snack rainbow drops .5 points

    dinner sainsb chilli veg soup half bottle 1.5
    ww bread .5
    free salad and ww mayo .5
    sains BGTY choc sponge n choc sauce 3

    snacks 1.5 ww biccies
    2 ww belgian choc n vanilla mousse

    Now all points gone.... totally pogged x

    Everyone's is so healthy compared to mine today! :p

    Breakfast: Chocolate muffin - 5

    Lunch: McD's Quarter Pounder - 10.5

    Dinner: Spaghetti bolognese - 5 Made with 1/4 pack of Sainsbury's healthy option (can't remember what theirs is called) mince, onion and garlic passata, dried basil and oregano, beef oxo cube, pinch of sweetner, paprika, salt/pepper, bit of worcestershire sauce, peas, grated carrot and 40g dried spaghetti. Just cook the mince, add the passata, add all the seasoning and grated carrot, simmer until right consistency and add cooked peas.

    Snacks: WW strawberry whip - 1
    Orange - 1

    Lunch - Low Fat Bacon Super Noodles (4.5)
    Dinner - Bacon Rissotto (see recipe thread it was YUMMY!) (6.5). 2" baguette (1.5)
    Snacks - 2 x Jumbo snack a jack (2), WW Carrot cake slice (1), Mini Milk (0.5), Wine (2)

    I still have some points left so may have another treat before bed :)

    Hey good idea for a thread!

    I'm on Core

    Breakfast - fruit and peppermint tea.
    Lunch - tuna salad
    Dinner - pasta with tomato and veg sauce

    Used my points for a glass of red (2)

    A bit off my detox but it is Friday and I'll get back onto it tomorrow as I already feel a bit bloated from falling of the wagon.

    Today:
    B - Shreddies and sk. milk
    L - Asda pot of veg. soup (they're on 2 for £1 so thought would try) and 3 ryvitas with philadelphia light, alfalfa sprouts (another weird addition to my shopping trolley this week) and sliced tomato - was absolutely gorgeous.. the alfalfa is slightly peppery and reminds me of a less heavy version of spring onion.
    T - jacket potato with l.f. cottage cheese and I couldnt resist.. more alfalfa and tomato. Yum!

    Tomorrow: (the plan, although i usually deviate from it by a meal or so)
    B - scrambled eggs made w/ sk. milk, 2 turkey rashers, tomatoes and grilled mushrooms
    L - (eating out) TGI Friday's Spicy Diablo Pasta w/o the cheese
    T - grilled chicken breast with steamed asparagus, tenderstem broccoli, and pearl potatoes

    Hi, I am on 24 points a day now! Yesterday I had......
    Breakfast: Ready break (a must in winter!) 4 points
    Lunch: Mushroom Risotto 6 points
    Dinner: Chicken Breast 2.5 Points
    Baked Potato 4 points
    Salad 0 points
    Snacks: Apple 0.5 points
    Orange 0.5 points
    Monster munch -2 points
    WW Caramel shortcake - 2.5 points

    Total 22 points - was totally stuffed by trying to eat all my points! The chicken,baked potato and salad thing is lovely, really filling!

    WW choc and vanilla mousse - 2

    Dinner
    Pasta - 2.5
    Carbonara sauce - 2
    WW cookie - 0.5

    Snacks
    Candy floss - 2.5 (not sure if this is right)
    Hot chocolate - 1
    WW cookie - 0.5

    Total: 19.5
    (I'm very efficient at eating all my points :D I had 1.5 left from yesterday.)
