Needed a filling breakfast this morning as I'm out most of the day.
Scrambled egg made with 1 egg & 1/3rd of a carton of two chicks egg whites, red pepper, mushrooms, spring onions & a tin of tuna. Not had hot tuna before, only in sandwiches!!
Got to admit, it was delicious & I would have it as a main meal with salad.
Total - 7 pp's :)

This thread is amazing! I've picked up loads of ideas. Keep taking those pics! I will post some of my photo's when I work out how to do it! I don't think I can at the moment because I'm a newbie.

It was delicious. I saw Gino Di Campo make it on TV the other day & thought I would adapt it & make it ww'er friendly lol

Tonights meal, smoked paprika chicken casserole :)
4 pp's for casserole

Looks lovely, what's the recipe? :)

week 1-2 total loss 8 1/2lbs

A packet of 525g chicken breasts, £3 from Iceland, so economical, 2 onions, 2 red & 2 yellow peppers, 1/2 a butternut squash, 1 courgetter fried in frylight til soft, I added 1 carton of passata, 2 knorr veg stock cubes, 2 teaspoons of sweetener, and a large sprinkling of smoked paprkia. Once it came to the boil, I popped it into a large casserole dish & added a punnet of cherry tomatoes. Gave it a stir & popped it into the oven. I then scrubbed my spuds, popped them on stove & when ready, I switched the oven off & served. It was really tasty & lots of sauce too

Sounds and looks delish.Never thought of getting meat from Iceland ;0)

I got it in the fridges, it's fresh, not frozen. Good if you're on a budget
