Lunch today was WW Quiche 8pp and roasted veg 0pp gorgeous
 
Cant remrmber the name of this dish,lol....but this is it!

400g xtra lean mince
200g tagliatelle pasta
3 large onions
Mushrooms
Tin low fat batchelors mushroom condensed soup & tin of tomato too
Salt, pepper & chilli grinder!!!
Ohhh & topped with 40g WW cheese.

40points in total but i'll get 4 MASSIVE portions from it:)

Dinner today was salmon 5pp, amoy rice noodles 5pp and frozen stir fry veg. I ususally hate frozen veg but have to say i was pleasently surprised.

I'll get the amounts tomorrow if you want. But I basically browned chicken with onion and garlic. Added a ww curry pot with a tin of tomatoes and plenty of veg (mushrooms, butternut squash, spinach, green beans) and some curry stock and let it simmer till the sauce had reduced and the veg was cooked. It was really yum xxx

Ww sell them. Altho tbh you could make up your own just a mix of garlic and curry powder would do same thing. Oh and I put some natural yoghurt in towards end to cream it up x

No recipe im afraid... its a jar of WW sausage casserole, WW cumberland sausages & 300g potatoes:)
