I work long 12 hr shifts in front of a computer with 2 screens and my neck has been really hurting latley, like now what can I do to improve my posture when sat for long time ?
Can you type? Sorry - I am not being rude here, but loads of people who use computers cannot touch-type and consequently they are using their keyboards in an unbalanced way, which can lead to strain on the arms and the back. How many fingers are you using when you type?
