Pot Noodles

Hi all,

Not be on here for a while! I am back on the wagon after too much time enjoying myself eating what I wanted!

I am doing EE and just wondering how many syns a pot noodle (curry flavour) had in them? Any ideas?

Is this a true pot noodle or a supermarket own brand

Pot noodle spicy curry flavour is 6.5 on Green/EE and 21.5 on Red!!x

It was a proper pot noodle. OMG 6.5 syns, I was hoping it wasn't that much. Think I will give them a miss lol.
