Pot Shots on EE

I was wondering how many syns are in Pot Shots on EE? I would like to know Creamy Cheese and also Tomato and Herb. I have seen 1.5 syns for Creamy Cheese and 0 syns for Tomato and Herb on EE, but these syns were posted quite a while ago and I was wondering if they have changed since then? Thanks.
