Potato and Carrot mash - Frozen from morrison

Hi

Does anyone know if the Morrisons frozen potato and carrot mash has a syn value? I thought about topping the cottage pie with it but am unsure if it is free on EE.

Are you sure you don't mean:
Carrot & Swede Mashed Potato, 680g pack, frozen, 340g serving - 2.5 syns on Green & EE, 6 syns on Original

That's the only one on the website that has carrot in and is frozen

I just had a shock today. Haven't had an Avocado for ages and really fancied one so bought it before I checked it for syns. Shock horrors!! It's 9.5 syns. That will almost wipe out my allowance. Oh fiddlesticks!!! lol. Back to the drawing board.
