Green Day Potato wedges cheesy bake - syn-free!

    Just had this for lunch - it was delicious! :D

    Slice some potatoes into wedges andspray with frylight and bake in the oven on 180 for about 45 mins or until cooked and browned on the edges.

    Take out of the oven and tip a small can of tuna (HEb) over the top and then grate 84g reduced fat cheddar (1 HEa and 1 HEb) over the top. Bake for another 5-10 mins and serve. Yum!

    a tip i have is to eat it straight away otherwise it goes a bit dry :( i have mine with a couple of tblsp tomato ketchup too - delish! :)

    what could you use instead of tuna, i know there must be a million things but i cant think, i dont like warm tuna

    That sounds delish - i bet it's yummy with Bacon or Ham or Spicy Chicken instead of tuna metrognome, or even some lean minced steak in a thick tomatoey sauce..... mmmmm
