If you use new potatoes you can have them as a HExB. Not sure on weight though, not got my books with me.

Can be normal ones, if you are doing extra easy or green they are free,i have them all the time they are yum!!

damn damn damn!!! I didnt kno it had to be with the skins on an my mums forgot how many (in weight) shes put on for me!
Right it WAS having a RED day but now ive changed to an extra easy! Lucky i hadnt had any healthy extras yet.

on a green day, potatoes are free - only have to syn the fry light.

on a red day you can have 198g new potatoes with skin as a HEb, then syn the frylight.

Just as syns: 28g potatoes for 1.0 syn, + syn the frylight too

(I think)

oops, sorry about that - I thought frylight was syn but obviously not - good news for us all!!

Big old learning curve this eh? haha
